About Me
I'm an American researcher and emerging journalist focused on geopolitics, identity, and media in post-Soviet regions. I recently completed my master's degree in International Relations at the University of Glasgow, where my dissertation examined Transnistria's political narratives and information environment since 2014.
I received my BA in History from the University of Oregon in 2023, where I began writing for the Daily Emerald. During my time in Glasgow, I served as Opinion Editor at The Glasgow Guardian, overseeing weekly production, editing features, and guiding contributors through reporting and revision. Those experiences shaped my interest in how institutions and individuals communicate legitimacy, security, and belonging in uncertain political contexts.
